Les Mills Fall Launch Dates

Fall Launch!

What is a Les Mills Launch? Well, every class at every GRYMCA will launch the latest music and movement of the latest release for two full weeks. Then, after the two weeks instructors will be able to mix and match both the new and past releases to mix things up, keep it fresh and customize their playlists. Launches are the perfect times to try out a Les Mills class for the first time as there is typically more than one instructor in  class to help motivate, coach, show options, variations, modifications and basically have a blast team teaching the new workout. Most of us can’t get enough when we learn a new release and look forward to seeing the Les Mills materials in our mailboxes! 🙂  There is so much energy and lots of excitement! The launches this fall also coincide with the certifications we have scheduled so those of you training for the first time will have the opportunity to jump in and start teaching the release that you learned for your training right away! How awesome is that? It’s the perfect win-win!

BODYVIVE: October 6th – October 19th

 

BODYCOMBAT: October 13th – October 26th (Combat Training Oct 11/12 at SSY)

 

BODYATTACK: October 20th – November 2nd

 

BODYSTEP: October 27th – November 9th

 

BODYFLOW: November 3rd – November 16th  (Flow Training Nov 1/2 at WWW)
